Using the zip or rar file
1.Download 12051602core.dll
2.Extract 12051602core.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract 12051602core.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting 12051602core.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract 12051602core.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place 12051602core.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 12051602core.dll and press Enter.
