Using the zip or rar file 1.Download A32GFX.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract A32GFX.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract A32GFX.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting A32GFX.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract A32GFX.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place A32GFX.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 A32GFX.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
