Using the zip or rar file
1.Download App.Silverlight.Server.dll
2.Extract App.Silverlight.Server.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract App.Silverlight.Server.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting App.Silverlight.Server.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract App.Silverlight.Server.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place App.Silverlight.Server.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 App.Silverlight.Server.dll and press Enter.
