Using the zip or rar file
1.Download BC402RTL.DLL
2.Extract BC402RTL.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract BC402RTL.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BC402RTL.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BC402RTL.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BC402RTL.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BC402RTL.DLL and press Enter.
