Using the zip or rar file 1.Download BalanceP.dll
2.Extract BalanceP.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BalanceP.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BalanceP.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BalanceP.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BalanceP.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BalanceP.dll and press Enter.
