Using the zip or rar file 1.Download BaseDtmGUISupport.dll 12.100.2592.23674
2.Extract BaseDtmGUISupport.dll 12.100.2592.23674 from .zip. We recommend that you extract BaseDtmGUISupport.dll 12.100.2592.23674 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BaseDtmGUISupport.dll 12.100.2592.23674.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BaseDtmGUISupport.dll 12.100.2592.23674 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BaseDtmGUISupport.dll 12.100.2592.23674 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:

9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
