Using the zip or rar file 1.Download BrCcLSpa.dll
2.Extract BrCcLSpa.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BrCcLSpa.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BrCcLSpa.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BrCcLSpa.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place BrCcLSpa.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 BrCcLSpa.dll and press Enter.
