Using the zip or rar file
1.Download DIVXC32F.DLL 3917
2.Extract DIVXC32F.DLL 3917 from .zip. We recommend that you extract DIVXC32F.DLL 3917 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting DIVXC32F.DLL 3917.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract DIVXC32F.DLL 3917 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place DIVXC32F.DLL 3917 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 DIVXC32F.DLL 3917 and press Enter.
