Using the zip or rar file 1.Download dc210usd.dll 5.1.3505.0
2.Extract dc210usd.dll 5.1.3505.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract dc210usd.dll 5.1.3505.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dc210usd.dll 5.1.3505.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dc210usd.dll 5.1.3505.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dc210usd.dll 5.1.3505.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
