Using the zip or rar file
1.Download dccext32.dll 9.00.98.0727
2.Extract dccext32.dll 9.00.98.0727 from .zip. We recommend that you extract dccext32.dll 9.00.98.0727 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dccext32.dll 9.00.98.0727.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dccext32.dll 9.00.98.0727 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dccext32.dll 9.00.98.0727 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dccext32.dll 9.00.98.0727 and press Enter.
