Using the zip or rar file 1.Download dccutilc.dll 9.0.98.1215
2.Extract dccutilc.dll 9.0.98.1215 from .zip. We recommend that you extract dccutilc.dll 9.0.98.1215 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dccutilc.dll 9.0.98.1215.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dccutilc.dll 9.0.98.1215 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dccutilc.dll 9.0.98.1215 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dccutilc.dll 9.0.98.1215 and press Enter.
