Using the zip or rar file 1.Download dcmns20.dll 2.1.0.0
2.Extract dcmns20.dll 2.1.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract dcmns20.dll 2.1.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dcmns20.dll 2.1.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dcmns20.dll 2.1.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dcmns20.dll 2.1.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dcmns20.dll 2.1.0.0 and press Enter.
