Using the zip or rar file
1.Download defannty.dll 1,2,12,0
2.Extract defannty.dll 1,2,12,0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract defannty.dll 1,2,12,0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting defannty.dll 1,2,12,0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract defannty.dll 1,2,12,0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place defannty.dll 1,2,12,0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 defannty.dll 1,2,12,0 and press Enter.
