Using the zip or rar file 1.Download dsetup32.dll 4.9.0.904
2.Extract dsetup32.dll 4.9.0.904 from .zip. We recommend that you extract dsetup32.dll 4.9.0.904 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting dsetup32.dll 4.9.0.904.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract dsetup32.dll 4.9.0.904 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place dsetup32.dll 4.9.0.904 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 dsetup32.dll 4.9.0.904 and press Enter.
