Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ekfpixjpeg.dll 1.4.2
2.Extract ekfpixjpeg.dll 1.4.2 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ekfpixjpeg.dll 1.4.2 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ekfpixjpeg.dll 1.4.2.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ekfpixjpeg.dll 1.4.2 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ekfpixjpeg.dll 1.4.2 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ekfpixjpeg.dll 1.4.2 and press Enter.
