Using the zip or rar file 1.Download emsmdb32.dll 5.5.2819.0
2.Extract emsmdb32.dll 5.5.2819.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract emsmdb32.dll 5.5.2819.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting emsmdb32.dll 5.5.2819.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract emsmdb32.dll 5.5.2819.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place emsmdb32.dll 5.5.2819.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 emsmdb32.dll 5.5.2819.0 and press Enter.
