Using the zip or rar file
1.Download EVALUATE.DLL
2.Extract EVALUATE.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract EVALUATE.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting EVALUATE.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract EVALUATE.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place EVALUATE.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 EVALUATE.DLL and press Enter.
