Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ExplSyn.dll
2.Extract ExplSyn.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ExplSyn.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ExplSyn.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ExplSyn.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ExplSyn.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ExplSyn.dll and press Enter.
