Using the zip or rar file 1.Download FEWINSRV.DLL
2.Extract FEWINSRV.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract FEWINSRV.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting FEWINSRV.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract FEWINSRV.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place FEWINSRV.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 FEWINSRV.DLL and press Enter.
