Using the zip or rar file
1.Download fi55302ex.dll
2.Extract fi55302ex.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract fi55302ex.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting fi55302ex.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract fi55302ex.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)

C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place fi55302ex.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 fi55302ex.dll and press Enter.
