Using the zip or rar file 1.Download GENCUSH.dll
2.Extract GENCUSH.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GENCUSH.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GENCUSH.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GENCUSH.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GENCUSH.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GENCUSH.dll and press Enter.
