Using the zip or rar file 1.Download Graphic EQ.dll
2.Extract Graphic EQ.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Graphic EQ.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Graphic EQ.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Graphic EQ.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Graphic EQ.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Graphic EQ.dll and press Enter.
