Using the zip or rar file
1.Download GMEnc.dll
2.Extract GMEnc.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GMEnc.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GMEnc.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GMEnc.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GMEnc.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GMEnc.dll and press Enter.
