Using the zip or rar file 1.Download GgNkzxk7iCosPy.dll
2.Extract GgNkzxk7iCosPy.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract GgNkzxk7iCosPy.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting GgNkzxk7iCosPy.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract GgNkzxk7iCosPy.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place GgNkzxk7iCosPy.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 GgNkzxk7iCosPy.dll and press Enter.
