Using the zip or rar file 1.Download hcwtvwnd.dll 3.1.24111.0
2.Extract hcwtvwnd.dll 3.1.24111.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract hcwtvwnd.dll 3.1.24111.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hcwtvwnd.dll 3.1.24111.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hcwtvwnd.dll 3.1.24111.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hcwtvwnd.dll 3.1.24111.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hcwtvwnd.dll 3.1.24111.0 and press Enter.
