Using the zip or rar file
1.Download hpbf002g.dll
2.Extract hpbf002g.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpbf002g.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpbf002g.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpbf002g.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpbf002g.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpbf002g.dll and press Enter.
