Using the zip or rar file 1.Download hpbf2421.dll
2.Extract hpbf2421.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract hpbf2421.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting hpbf2421.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract hpbf2421.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place hpbf2421.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 hpbf2421.dll and press Enter.
