Using the zip or rar file 1.Download IEncrypt.dll 2,1,0,192
2.Extract IEncrypt.dll 2,1,0,192 from .zip. We recommend that you extract IEncrypt.dll 2,1,0,192 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting IEncrypt.dll 2,1,0,192.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract IEncrypt.dll 2,1,0,192 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place IEncrypt.dll 2,1,0,192 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 IEncrypt.dll 2,1,0,192 and press Enter.
