Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ibp24res.dll 5.1.3505.0
2.Extract ibp24res.dll 5.1.3505.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ibp24res.dll 5.1.3505.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ibp24res.dll 5.1.3505.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ibp24res.dll 5.1.3505.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ibp24res.dll 5.1.3505.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
