Using the zip or rar file 1.Download icam3ext.dll 5.1.3505.0
2.Extract icam3ext.dll 5.1.3505.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract icam3ext.dll 5.1.3505.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting icam3ext.dll 5.1.3505.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract icam3ext.dll 5.1.3505.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place icam3ext.dll 5.1.3505.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 icam3ext.dll 5.1.3505.0 and press Enter.
