Using the zip or rar file 1.Download icfg95.dll 5.50.4134.100
2.Extract icfg95.dll 5.50.4134.100 from .zip. We recommend that you extract icfg95.dll 5.50.4134.100 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting icfg95.dll 5.50.4134.100.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract icfg95.dll 5.50.4134.100 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place icfg95.dll 5.50.4134.100 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 icfg95.dll 5.50.4134.100 and press Enter.
