Using the zip or rar file 1.Download icqcore.dll
2.Extract icqcore.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract icqcore.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting icqcore.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract icqcore.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place icqcore.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 icqcore.dll and press Enter.
