Using the zip or rar file 1.Download io8ports.dll 1.0.0.0008
2.Extract io8ports.dll 1.0.0.0008 from .zip. We recommend that you extract io8ports.dll 1.0.0.0008 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting io8ports.dll 1.0.0.0008.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract io8ports.dll 1.0.0.0008 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place io8ports.dll 1.0.0.0008 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 io8ports.dll 1.0.0.0008 and press Enter.
