Using the zip or rar file 1.Download iralsclt.dll 2.0.0.963
2.Extract iralsclt.dll 2.0.0.963 from .zip. We recommend that you extract iralsclt.dll 2.0.0.963 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting iralsclt.dll 2.0.0.963.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract iralsclt.dll 2.0.0.963 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place iralsclt.dll 2.0.0.963 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 iralsclt.dll 2.0.0.963 and press Enter.
