Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ismip.dll
2.Extract ismip.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ismip.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ismip.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ismip.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ismip.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ismip.dll and press Enter.
