Using the zip or rar file 1.Download iuser.dll 6, 20, 100, 1361
2.Extract iuser.dll 6, 20, 100, 1361 from .zip. We recommend that you extract iuser.dll 6, 20, 100, 1361 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting iuser.dll 6, 20, 100, 1361.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract iuser.dll 6, 20, 100, 1361 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place iuser.dll 6, 20, 100, 1361 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 iuser.dll 6, 20, 100, 1361 and press Enter.
