Using the zip or rar file
1.Download j3cvt.dll 11.00.0716
2.Extract j3cvt.dll 11.00.0716 from .zip. We recommend that you extract j3cvt.dll 11.00.0716 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting j3cvt.dll 11.00.0716.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract j3cvt.dll 11.00.0716 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place j3cvt.dll 11.00.0716 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 j3cvt.dll 11.00.0716 and press Enter.
