Using the zip or rar file
1.Download NiD3D10BinaryShaderLib26VC80R.dll
2.Extract NiD3D10BinaryShaderLib26VC80R.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract NiD3D10BinaryShaderLib26VC80R.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting NiD3D10BinaryShaderLib26VC80R.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract NiD3D10BinaryShaderLib26VC80R.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place NiD3D10BinaryShaderLib26VC80R.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:

9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 NiD3D10BinaryShaderLib26VC80R.dll and press Enter.
