Using the zip or rar file
1.Download nE1snE.dll
2.Extract nE1snE.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract nE1snE.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting nE1snE.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract nE1snE.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place nE1snE.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 nE1snE.dll and press Enter.
