Using the zip or rar file 1.Download npAFCStarter.dll
2.Extract npAFCStarter.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract npAFCStarter.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting npAFCStarter.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract npAFCStarter.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place npAFCStarter.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 npAFCStarter.dll and press Enter.
