Using the zip or rar file
1.Download OBALLOON.DLL 9.0.26092
2.Extract OBALLOON.DLL 9.0.26092 from .zip. We recommend that you extract OBALLOON.DLL 9.0.26092 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OBALLOON.DLL 9.0.26092.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OBALLOON.DLL 9.0.26092 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OBALLOON.DLL 9.0.26092 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OBALLOON.DLL 9.0.26092 and press Enter.
