Using the zip or rar file 1.Download OmniDecoder.dll
2.Extract OmniDecoder.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract OmniDecoder.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting OmniDecoder.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract OmniDecoder.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place OmniDecoder.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 OmniDecoder.dll and press Enter.
