Using the zip or rar file
1.Download og903as.dll
2.Extract og903as.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract og903as.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting og903as.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract og903as.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place og903as.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 og903as.dll and press Enter.
