Using the zip or rar file 1.Download omintf32.dll
2.Extract omintf32.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract omintf32.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting omintf32.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract omintf32.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place omintf32.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 omintf32.dll and press Enter.
