Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ossfmem.dll
2.Extract ossfmem.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ossfmem.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ossfmem.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ossfmem.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ossfmem.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ossfmem.dll and press Enter.
