Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Pixmap.dll
2.Extract Pixmap.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Pixmap.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Pixmap.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Pixmap.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Pixmap.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Pixmap.dll and press Enter.
