Using the zip or rar file
1.Download pipetcp.dll
2.Extract pipetcp.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract pipetcp.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting pipetcp.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract pipetcp.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place pipetcp.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 pipetcp.dll and press Enter.
