Using the zip or rar file
1.Download RANDOM.DLL 1.0.0.0
2.Extract RANDOM.DLL 1.0.0.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract RANDOM.DLL 1.0.0.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting RANDOM.DLL 1.0.0.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract RANDOM.DLL 1.0.0.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place RANDOM.DLL 1.0.0.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 RANDOM.DLL 1.0.0.0 and press Enter.
