Using the zip or rar file 1.Download ra32clv1.dll 1.0.3.1
2.Extract ra32clv1.dll 1.0.3.1 from .zip. We recommend that you extract ra32clv1.dll 1.0.3.1 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ra32clv1.dll 1.0.3.1.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ra32clv1.dll 1.0.3.1 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ra32clv1.dll 1.0.3.1 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ra32clv1.dll 1.0.3.1 and press Enter.
