Using the zip or rar file 1.Download res8.dll 5.0.0.93
2.Extract res8.dll 5.0.0.93 from .zip. We recommend that you extract res8.dll 5.0.0.93 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting res8.dll 5.0.0.93.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract res8.dll 5.0.0.93 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place res8.dll 5.0.0.93 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:

9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 res8.dll 5.0.0.93 and press Enter.
